CSCEC Science and Industry Greentech Corporation Limited(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a subsidiary of China Construction Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd., which was established in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province in April 2022. The company has obtained a number of professional qualifications such as China Classification Society certification, Hong Kong 30-storey steel structure MiC certification IPA, construction engineering construction general contracting level 2, and has passed the ISO three system certification.
Focusing on the "dual carbon" strategy and the mission of "expanding the space of happiness", the company is committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to industrialization, intelligence and greening. The company has developed and formed the ME-House (steel structure modular) building system, and planned and built the most advanced intelligent manufacturing plant for steel structure modular products in Huizhou, Guangdong, covering an area of 150 acres, covering the integration capabilities of structure, electromechanical, decoration, etc., and realizing the end-to-end delivery from materials to components, from components to complete products, with the five advantages of automation, productization, flexibility, intelligence and greening, which can realize "building a house like a car".
The company is committed to creating value for customers, and has delivered a series of benchmark projects at home and abroad. It has undertaken the largest permanent modular hotel type project in China - Shenzhen Bay Area Convention and Exhibition International Hotel, the first permanent modular primary school in Shenzhen - Rongsheng Primary School in Guangming District, Shenzhen, the first permanent modular school in Fujian Province - Xiamen Siming Compulsory Education School, the first modular school in Bao'an District - Bao'an Li Xinhu School, the first modular school in Nanshan District - Nanhai Middle School Reconstruction and Expansion Project, Hong Kong's first Full-MiC (all-steel structure modular high-rise system) project, and the first batch of simple public housing SS in Hong Kong The M518 project is a modular building product manufacturing project, and has built modular facilities such as Huawei's Hainan Mobile Data Center and Huawei's Shaanxi Telecom Data Center.
