Recently, the Office of the Leading Group for the Pilot Work on the Construction of New Urban Infrastructure in Shenzhen announced the first batch of typical cases of innovative services for new technologies and new products in intelligent construction in Shenzhen. The application results of the modular building AI intelligent design and management platform independently developed by China Construction Steel Structure Green Technology Company - the application of the intelligent design technology for steel structure modules in the Rongsheng Primary School (tentative name) project - were successfully selected into the category of "typical cases of digital design". The selection and release of the case list aim to accelerate the construction of the case library for innovative services of new technologies and new products in intelligent construction in Shenzhen, and guide enterprises in the industry to fully understand and scientifically select intelligent construction technologies and products.



Shangmei Primary School in Guangming District (project name: Rongsheng Primary School Construction Project) is located in Yutang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen. With a total construction area of approximately 26,200 square meters, it is the first permanent modular school in Shenzhen. After a comprehensive quantitative evaluation based on multiple factors, the optimal splitting scheme is determined. More than 10 splitting schemes can be generated within one minute, and the efficiency can be increased by 150% compared with the traditional manual scheme.

The intelligent design technology for structural detailing in the intelligent design technology of steel structure modules is applied in the detailed design stage, aiming to optimize and simplify the detailed design process of the building structure. It can intelligently recognize construction drawings, convert the data in the drawings into required parameters, and then transfer these parameters to the corresponding software to automatically generate the corresponding box structure models. Designers only need to import the drawings into the platform, and the system can automatically process them and generate high-precision 3D models, which greatly simplifies the work process. The design efficiency is increased by 70%, the drawing production efficiency is increased by 80%, the bill of materials generation efficiency is increased by 120%, and the comprehensive efficiency is increased by 70%.
