Recently, the first batch of MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) boxes of the SS M518 Simple Public Housing project in Hong Kong contracted by China Construction Steel Structure were officially shipped. The project is divided into three plots in Yuen Long, Tuen Mun and Ngau Tau Kok. The boxes shipped this time are for the Yuen Long plot, which is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025 and will provide approximately 2,100 residential units after completion.

Wang Xiaoguang introduced the development process, strategic positioning, business layout and other aspects of China State Construction International, and also shared the development experience in the Hong Kong market and the modular construction business. He said that China Construction Steel Structure and China State Construction International have strong business synergy and obvious cooperation advantages. During this period, Wu Hongtao and his delegation successively visited the model rooms of the Baguang International Hotel at the Zhuhai Base of China Construction Hailong Science and Technology, the outdoor product display corridor, the construction technology exhibition hall and the modular product production workshop.
